SOLUTION-FOCUSED HYPNOTHERAPY €75 per session

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, commonly called "Suggestion Therapy", works well with problems such as nail-biting, exam nerves,(some) weight problems, confidence and ego- boosting, sports performance, public speaking and fear of flying.

It normally takes just one to four sessions.A personalised CD is made for you, which will help you to achieve the desired changes rapidly.

ANALYTICAL HYPNOTHERAPY €75 per session

Analytical Therapy is used to discover the underlying cause of psychological problems. This method is particularly suited to emotional problems. the objective of this therapy is to bring the client to a moment of liberating enlightenment; one can be confident that a release will be obtained by finding the cause of the particular problem. The number of sessions required will vary between clients and the nature of the issue.You will also receive an audio CD which will reinforce the therapy.The first consultation is concerned with identifying your symptoms and planning a course of treatment.

Clients interested in analytical therapy are entitled to a free introductory session (30-40 minutes) during which the process is explained thoroughly by your therapist. (This is offered entirely without any obligation to commit to therapy.)

If you wish to have your first therapy session immediately following your consultation, I will set time aside to allow for this.

HYPNOFERTILITY THERAPY €100 per session

HYPNOBIRTHING CLASSES €295 (4 X 2.5 hour classes)

Payment is made at each session. Life Solutions does not operate a card payment service. Please be aware that if you need to cancel your appointment, 24 hours notice is appreciated in order to release your appointment to a waiting client.
